The Arabica tree needs to be grown at high altitude and can take up to seven years to mature. They require just the right mix of rain, sun, shade and temperature – not too much and not too little. And as they are so delicate, the premium Arabica bean needs to be carefully tended to, and hand-picked at just the right time.
