I am using this wesite from past few years but had bad experience this time..I had some INR 2200 in my account in the form of credits out of which INR 2000 converted in BIG Bazar vouchers without my concent, the same thing had happened once before but after raising complaint to customer care, some Nandini reverted on my complaint, they cancelled those vouchers but this time behaviour of customer care was shocking, rather than giving me a resolution they directed me to cyber cell, I think something fishy is going on either within the company or may be some hacker..no matter what is wrong but the behaviour of customer care is absolutely not acceptable who are highly insensible towards customers.
