Once I got mail from naturoveda to give interview for Operation manager post which was mentioned for both male/female. After 4 rounds, wasting whole day for each round I got the job.Wait! Not for operation manager but for Patient Care Manager(PCM).As I was a fresher candidate I didn't know the job description of a PCM. The day of joining I wasn't given any single document from the company such as joining letter or anything. Then after 3 days I was informed that after 1 year I will get an experience letter. Then I came to know about the huge male/ female discrimination over there. Like, a male can only be Operation Manager, & a female will be PCM only. Well next, the salary. They give salary in cash with a thin salary slip torned From a excel printed sheet without the company name even, in a envelope on 10th of each month which incase of any problem can be postponed too. So they don't provide any prove that you are employee over there. And talking about ambience!? That's disgusting. I will emphasize with as a cage. The females working over there are like females of houses who take care of everything but have no power. Sad. The overall management is disgusting. They create three Google account by the name of each and every employee to create ratings and feedbacks. They don't even give salary properly. They don't give single freedom or take care of the employee working over there. They intentionally and indirectly try to bind employees in unsigned bond. I left the job taking my salary of a month but gave the rest money( from 1st to 10th day of month) to those cheapest minds.
And yes they do review their company from other fake account and present employees over there give positive reviews by pressure.
