The Nainital bank is popular in their located area only. I have personal experience of two couple of months about this bank.
phone banking and sms banking is above average and satisfy more customers but some unsatisfied due to their late response from it.
ATM Services can not saying bad but have limited ATM services to cash withdrawal .
Internet banking is good but during payment their website loading take more times and sometimes showing error makes unconformatable for me.
customer support is average .
