20 Days passed but no Dispatch. Review on Mginger

I got a mail from mginger.com about a deal of Rs400 for a jeans and a polo wrist watch. I placed my order on 25th of July.As a precaution(as I always do this while shopping from a new site) I opted for Cash on Delivery.After that when I checked about the site on mouthshut I came to know that  I did a good thing by not paying online.Also when they called for confirmation I told them clearly that I wont accept the parcel if I dont get the exact and new product.(Based on mouthshut reviews).Thanks to you all.

They said it will take 7 days to deliver.I asked why as I am from the same city and the courier will be local.But what 7 days.20 days passed still their status shows preparin to ship.Order no 203569.

4 Days back I sent a mail to them asking about the status.Next day I got a mail that order dispatched.But the courier name and bill no. place was blank.I know I will never get that parcel.

Anyways I am not worrying at all as I haven't paid anything to them.But I advise everyone to opt for COD if you are purchasing for the first time from a site.Also pay the courier man after checking the items only.Sometimes courier people too open parcel and you will be blaming the company or online shopping site for "missing or Damaged" product.
