I'm using this ISP since 2014 April 14. And I want to inform you that in my location there no other ISP is available and this is the particular reason for using this. I'm very disturbed with this ISP and if there will be any other provider be available in my location, i'll certainly proceed with that one. I'm using the N1_Home_Premium_700 Kbps plan and price is 580.00 rupees. The service from this ISP is very bad from my opinion, I don't know about this ISP in other locations. Price is little bit higher than other ISP provider proof is given in the pictures upload with this review.
I also want to inform you that the problems mentioned with this ISP is real and may be these problem may not occurs for all the user. I faced this problems so I review it.
Good: Nothing is good.
Bad: Very poor service, Very poor Customer Service support from call they pick the phone after a very long time, Costly, Speed is not good, Time out problem is available always more than 3 times in a day.
If any peoples who are reading this review and belongs from my location and also looking for a good ISP connection then please neglect this one.
