We bought the lg water purifier 5 months back, its really expensive comparative to other good working purifiers, they will say that 2 years warranty but when u speak wih the service people they are saying that no warranty for inside parts, then we couldnt underatand what is there to provide warranty on the out side-omly one candle. with in 28 days it got trouble.it was taking 2 hrs for the 7 lt tank to be fulled with so much of wastage water(30 lt), after that lg service people came and checked and said that RO is spoiled and changed RO, then again after 2 months the water wastage is increased similar to before again we called, after calling for multiple times they came and dint even check what is the problem, they just changed the outside candle, we hope that water wastage timing will be reduced but its not, and they dint even respond.we just wasted our money, we got fed up with these people, if u want to save ur money dnt go for lg, if u want to throw ur money in dustbin u can go ahead, its not the first time lg did this, before we bought washing machine, they dint provide the down covering plate bcoz of that during transport the drum got broken, when we called to then they said its not their responsibility.hope no one in the world will cheat like Lg company.Never ever go for Lg products
