Only one or two stroke will be enough for 6-7hrs as my personal experience. Also it is very pocket friendly, less than 150 rs, that suits on everybody's budget from 13-35. Squeeze style pencil is very much useful, how much you want to use you can use, rest you can put back. No chance of waste. Also I must share no side effects, as I have high minus power and a very sensitive skin still I can use it without any problem. Overall a very good product by Lakme.
