I have called Kotak Mahindra Bank 15 days back for opening a new saving account. They said that they will send their executive at my home within next 48 hrs and he will complete all the account opening formalities however no one came at my home. After 4 days I called them again so they replied that they are really busy due to demonetization and they will surely send the executive at my place with next 48 hrs and again no one come. Then I call them again and they have given me a new phone number for account opening. I called that number and the response was similar and no executive came to my home. It was almost 15 days now and they have not sent any executive at my home. They have also breached their own policy account opening which says 5 days as per their website. Really feeling that I have wasted my 15 days by following them. Thinking of opening an account in HDFC bank now. Really disappointed and Kotak has lose a valuable customer by giving fake commitments.
