Kotak life insurance is one of the fake insurance company. There agents just makes the customers cheated. The will explain the policy very nicely once after signing on the papers. They won't even attends our calls. When we go to the office to enquiry about the policy. They won't give the correct response to the customers. The rates of the premium is good but they make them huge by adding some extra taxes and etc. The staff attitude is very nice before we make a policy with them. Once after making an policy they doesn't care about the customers.
While claimming our policy also we should go around their office lot of times. I felt frustrated because even their higher authorities alos never cares about our problem. Never make an policy with them instead of giving peace it gives lot of problems.
