My cousin lives in Bangalore. She is not obese being just 52 kg but her upper body being heavy has difficulty in breathing. So she consulted kolors. They said they can do it with rf and the treatment would be permanent. So they enrolled her in inch loss treatment. In 1 1/2 months she lost 1 kg but not a single inch loss she was loosing weight from entire body but not the targeted area after this she started falling sick(one reason of her sickness was unhygienic conditions of the bed where they did heating which used to be wet with sweat of other clients and the body had to be in contact with them for about 1hr. Now when she recovered and came back for treatment they are neither able to decrease a single inch nor a single kg. Being very shy in nature getting such treatments is very embarrassing for her, but to get rid of her upper body fat and breath comfortably she was ready to go through the mental and emotinal agony. However she is still having hope that they will help her. What a pity. Now my question is will they refund the amount as they couldn't decrease even half inch or they will still continue treating her until the promised inches lost without extra cost and how long.?
