Kallada tours and travels is one of the transportations agency In Bangalore which I used recently to travel to Chennai with friends, the services is not good at all, there was delay in arrival of the bus.
And the bus conductor was misbehaving and talking very rudely all through the boarding time.although we some how managed to make to Chennai and we reached early morning but the kallada tours should be more aware the this is a transportations agency for commuters/passengers if they are not taken care properly then there is no need to avail this transportations, Cost is good but I would recommend that if few areas are taken care of then there would much passengers availing this systems, I would rate it as 3 out of 5.
