Jeans not as per the size. Review on Jabong

I bought a jeans from Jabong.com however when I received the jeans there was size issue as the waist is too tight. I wear a 32 inch waist jeans or trousers but this jeans is labelled as 32 inch but there was a huge size difference. I called Jabong.com the same day but they denied to process a return for this jeans and said this item is non returnable. My question is that fitting is always subjected to real time check then only we know the product is properly fitting or not and there is always a difference in sizes of different companies so how Jabong.com make a jeans which is not as per the described size non returnable to the customer when it is not used, not washed and with proper packing. This is just a way of selling items which people are not buying. I am not asking for returns however Jabong.com should at least give credits so that I can buy something else from their website. Really disappointed as the jeans I received is a total waste for me. Jabong.com should really need to work on their return policies especially clothing brands.
