As we decided to have a tour at Varanasi so we had given the contract to this travel operator. This tour operator is popular in our area. The cost he took for was too high compared to other operator. Also one would be expecting of all facilities and better services. They promised to provide with tickets and other things as well and they showed the hotel in which we will stay. After few days we receive a call regarding our tour and they told to buy our ticket by ourselves. Also we had gone to their and argue but nobody respond properly. Also they told that there is no refund policy. So we had to continue the tour. During our tour we very cheated as the hotel was not of good standards. And also the facilities they provided were not good. I suggest not to choose this tour operator as your tour guide as you will cheated and they are fraud.
