*Booking tatkal tickets on IRCTC is always mystery*
I don't know even after 4g connection I always getting a very slow speed in the irctc website in tatkal timing and always failed to book tickets in my life.
But for ticket agents it's an easy game. Irctc changed so many rules for common public to avail the ticket like a lighter version of the website on tatkal timings, limited no of seats for agents etc. but always results in dissatisfaction and unhappiness among people.
Nowadays where every work is happening online people trust this channel of booking but because of failures they either taking the help of agents by giving extra money or waiting in front of the window from early morning. the current scenario is like within 3 minutes of tatkal timing all seats start showing waiting list.people don't have any other option then keep trying next day.On summer days, it is impossible to even open the website on tatkal timing.
