This is my real experience of this internet provider, once in a day connection problem is surely happen to every customers who are using G-Broadband.
They will promise you high bandwidth upto some limited data like 20GB, 50GB but during this phase also you will not get the exact speed.I have taken this connection only because of cheap cost and their sharing galaxy server than other ISP. But from last 5 months they started cheating their customers by decreasing the bandwidth speed, not uploading good contents on their server, if it started raining outside their connection problem is always expected.
Customer service also fool by saying they will come to see the issue , but no body is coming or for some new connection customers they show some interest but than also they themselves having no idea why connection is having problem. The service engineer coming to home by a repeated call to customer care always suggest you to change the modem, format your system which is actually alright. I will suggest anyone who is attracted towards this broadband connection please check other options first.
