I had purchased a Inalsa Food Processor. However after using it for few months the wire coming from the machine is broken. The center part of the coconut shredder is broken.The detachable stem for all the disc is also broken. Then I realized that Inalsa products are made of really cheap quality plastic. I have requested Inalsa to get these 3 items replaced a month ago however no response yet neither any technician visited my place to fix the issue. I have made number of complaints but unfortunately there has been no response from Inalsa. Really disappointed as I am not expecting such kind of behavior from an esteemed company like Inalsa.
