I feel this review is:
Applied for Personal Loan - Bank approved it without my consent on higher interest rates
Inquired for Term policy wherein premium is refundable within one month from the date of issuance of policy - Policy issued and no response for a month and suddenly they applied their terms that after one month, premium will be non refundable.
Third party(DSA) applied for credit card - Got credit card with a saying that my registered number is not registered with the card details, YUCK.
Duffer customer support and they just don't care about customer. Pathetic experience
