I have an account with ICICI Bank, Kollam branch.And I have had occasions to visit the Cochin branch.
The bank gives a wide variety of great commercial products and services.From my experience, you are just one more instrument and not a person. So if you want personalized and warm service, think again.
Among the indifferent banks by whom the ordinary man on the street such as you and I are not considered important, like State Bank of India, and CITIBANK ( I have accounts with both, also with Syndicate Bank, Catholic Syrian, Federal Bank and ING VYsya)
ICICI Bank too has left me with a negative feel.You can walk in, and there are people who will talk to you, but quite often, they are already so busy with I don' know what, that you as an account holder is a mandatory nuisance. I was left with the feeling that they have already done me the favour of letting me open an account with them, and anything more would be unneccasry
Look at something else such as ING Vysya Bank.I love they way they treat me and my brothers and my other family members, so I keep recommending them to everybody.
