It was my first time to do online shopping.
after researching almost all of the online websites available, I came for HOMESHOP18
I bought a micromax phone, as it was my first experience so I restricted my self to a budget of approx Rs.3000/-. and I saved approx. Rs.700/-(using coupons) from the market price in my city.
When I searched the other websites, although they have somewhat lower price to homeshop18 but their lacuna was that they didn't provided all over India free shipping with COD(cash on Delivery) for each city. It was homeshop18 which gave me not only free shipping but also COD option for my city, whereas others say that COD is only available for major cities.
Now talking about their packaging.
while I got the phone, it took me at least 10minutes to cut-off their packaging. it was so neatly done that even if the packet was dropped from a height it would land safely without any damage.
next I was worried that whether it would be company seal or not but it was totally company seal(unbroken).they also provided me with their bill for the warranty.
and the accessories were in proper count as per the data available on the micromax website.
although the delivery was little late but I would say that it was only because of the courier persons of my city. homeshop18 should look forward in this matter.
i am fully satisfied with homeshop18 and recommend every other person to look for it once before going to the market.
