Horrible Horrible experience.
The person who came to take the blood samples was highly unhygienic - didn't use the gloves until asked for although, he had already started handling the blood collecting sample tubes and the needle;. not only that, he picked up a cotton swab that fell on the floor and attempted to use it.
To make things worst, he was inexperienced too. He pushed the needle to collect the blood sample so hard that it passed through the vein and it left a two inch long black spot around the place in an hour because of blood collecting under the skin.
Not to mention, he was late by well over an hour.
I called Healthians at 9:40 pm to lodge the complaint. Ticket No. 156737 was generated. and in little over 12 hours, pls note it is over night, I got a mail that the grievance has been addressed! OK . great speed. but, would some one care to advise or intimation what has been done / how it has been in formed?
It didn't stop here.
No doctor consultation even after three days post the health check up reports - despite the confirmation of the appointment.
PLEASE AVOID! THAT IS MY SINCERE SUGGESTION.
