If you ever come across a Insurance Company and intend to buy a policy, please ignore this pathetic company called HDFC Life. They do not have any basis service standards.
Your calls to the customer care would always go answered even if it is answered by mistake, you can never expect get any satisfactory response. Customer care executive would behave a completely unknown moron who never understand despite of your current situation.
Your emails receive only an automotive response and nobody bothers to respond you. I don't know who takes care of the customer service processes.
They have outsourced the basic tasks that donot require any expertise.
Their products are compartively good when it comes to choose plans as per our requirements. They offer monthly returns after death.
As per their website and IRDA claim ratio is above 90% .
I would recommend you not go by this insurer of you seriously looking for better services.
