This is my experience of HDFC Personal loan.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should have salary > 25k
Must have this salary for atleast 1 year
Should have own home
Living in your own home for > 5 years
No previous Loans on your PAN card
Documents required
Payslips last 3 months
Bank statement last 3 months
Offer letter of present company
Company id card xerox
Identity, Address Proofs Xerox
Loan Details
Applied for 1.5 lac, got 1.43 lac in my a/c - 8k for their processing fee
tenure max: 36 months, minimum: 12 months
Interest: 18.25%
EMI: 5442
EMI will be deducted on the 4th of every month automatically from ur SALARY account
Got the amount credited in 3 days, since I have applied in Last week of the MONTH:)
NOTE: Make sure your PAYSLIPS+ Bank statement tally perfectly or else your processing will surely get DELAYED
