I was having a housing loan with Axis bank and a personal loan(23914154) with HDFC bank. I got a call stating that a top up will be provided for an amount of 6 lakhs from HDFC and personal loan will be closed with 2% pre clousre charges.
Cheques were taken and they were en cashed and they later informed me that they can only provide me a topup of 4 lakhs. I was dumbstruck and they told that they will be providing GOOD SERVICE compared to Axis(promised by Ameerpet Deputy Sales Manager Vijaya Bhaskar reddy).
I had to go through a lot of hassles for transfer and I had to wait a lot in HDFC bank for submitting my originals and getting a topup. Service was pathetic. All is done now and I inquired for closure of personal loan. They say that I have to visit the begumpet branch and meet a person. Initially I was told that I can get it closed at any branch near to me and now they say I have to go and meet a guy.I lodged a complaint and they asked me written proofs.
Since I was not having them and these are all the words of executive I recorded a call where in the executive mentioned that he had committed for 2% closure of personal loan on a condition that I transfer my housing loan to HDFC. I raised the complaint to all levels of HDFC management and they are not committed to resolve this issue. Initially they called me for 2 times and I submitted the recording what I had with executive. Still they say investigation is going on. People who cheated me are happily doing there jobs and management never responds to me
