I was using hathway cable broadband internet in bhilai chhattisgarh. and it was good at begining. I was using their ultra 600 plan which gives unlimited internet surfing and downloading at the speed of 600kbps. when I started using it it was giving very good speed. but after 2 months the speed went down to 400kbps. then I went to their office in bhilai and filed a complaint. but the didnt responded and the speed was not increased at all and even it was giving speed around 300kbps which was very frustrating. after filing lot of complaint I decided to switch from hathway to airtel broadband. just because of the poor service from hathway. now I am very much satisfied with airtel. I would suggest dont get attracted by their cheap plans. they are not reliable at all.
