I used Hathway for a month and I found myself completely dissatisfied with their pathetic service.I had subscribed for 10 mbps internet service and what I got was a 5 to 6 mbps internet which was nearly half of what I paid for, also most of the time they either have speed drops or else internet is down.
When asked their customer care they give fake promises for fixing the problem in half an hour which really takes about 2 to 3 hrs.These guys are slow in providing service and prompt while receiving payment.At the end of month they were eager to receive the payment for next month.This is unacceptable and can not be suggested to anyone.
