I am right now in chennai doin bsc and in campus hostel. this hotel is nearby my campus I have been here one time while coimng bck to hostl from home aftr sem.

The maintainance is 0 seriliusly 0.
The prices are still high accordng to the facilities they give. rooms fan ac ceiling everthng is not good at all .
Staff dont know english or hindi
So its very diffclt to bargain or talk
The service telephone provided was also not wrkng.
Water spply is also not 24 hours
Same goes for electricity
