I have been to Haldiram’s** at Sector 14 gurgaon. It is a great great place. The staff is very polite and very helpful. The Deluxe thali seemed to me can feed 2 people and well probably the freshest I have eaten in my life but the item I recommend most vehemently and for which I traveled to that place is the chat papdi.
I bet nobody in the world makes as delightful and as varied chat papdi as haldiram. The place was neater and cleaner than I have seen in similar eatries. Everything adheres to a certain quality standard. The only thing that did not quite agree with me was poor arrangements for seating.
That was really shabby but otherwise it was a very nice experience. I would go again an again to savour the huge variety these guys have to offer. They should try and expand the chain to other cities like Kanpur, Lucknow , Varanasi and Allahabad. They have a lot of fans there I can assure them of that. They can start by opening a small shop and then expanding their business.
