My grand mother has been admitted in Guru Nursing Home Vivek Nagar Ludhiana on last month as she was suffering from Malaria and Food Potion at the same time. So me and my family went there to visit my grand mother last week.When We enter the hospital we found the infrastructure of hospital was not maintain properly by the management.We found some patience moving here and there lying on balcony floor were not clean.The attitude of staff was very harsh even a gate guard also showing attitude.They think that they are the senior security guard.Here daily doctor visit fee was 2999 which is very expensive comparing to other nursing home.Even the nurse has not behaved well with us not even with any patience and she always delayed to providing medicine to my grand mother.We had a very bad experience in this nursing home.I would like to advice every one to select other nursing home rather than this.
