GoWarranty Review: A Tale of Frustration and Trouble for 37 Days

My experience with GoWarranty has been nothing short of a headache, revealing serious flaws in their service and claims process. Buckle up, folks.

1. Out-of-the-Blue Discrepancies: Imagine having your device/ television documents for over two years, and the company decides to drop bombshell discrepancies only when you file a claim. No heads up, no warning. Just a sudden roadblock.

2. Communication Catastrophe: In a chat with their executive, I spill the beans about my device's past service. Instead of a straight answer, I get a call instructing me to fetch a supporting letter for repair/replacement. Can't they just shoot it straight? That it is not eligible for the plan.

3. Name Drama: They recommended using my official name for policy documentation but despite a nickname on the invoice to spice things up. Confusion level? Through the roof. Wait later cited this discrepancies to reject the claim.

4. Discount Discrepancies: Discrepancies should have been addressed before the COP issuance. Diligently following company instructions during the plan purchase did not prevent later issues. It's like they handed me a roadmap to a headache.

5. Certificate of Protection Comedy: They hand out the Certificate of Protection(COP) like candy on Halloween, apparently before verifying a darn thing. So, it's more like a Certificate of Random Acts. What's the point if it doesn't confirm anything?

6. Consumer Helpline Complaint: Their response to the Consumer Helpline is a masterpiece of holes. Claims of calls on specific dates and addressing discrepancies in 2021? Nope, didn't happen. It's like they're playing "Let's Make Up Dates."

7. CEO Involvement: When the CEO intervened after the complaint, I held onto a glimmer of hope for a resolution. However, despite the initial promise of turning things around. Regrettably, the assistance offered by the CEO ended up being a brief detour leading straight into the Moisture Melodrama.

8. Moisture Melodrama: Nothing left? Wait, Rejection citing a moisture issue? Yes Please. No water source nearby, and their Independent technician sent by them gave the green light earlier. Suddenly, it's a problem after their service center technician visit.

9. Update: Manufacturer/ Brand confirmed that this is only a dust issue still GoWarranty denying manufacturuer claim of dust.

This whole circus feels like a rollercoaster of incompetence and frustration during these 37 days. GoWarranty, take a bow for turning a simple process into a mind-bending maze of chaos.

My advice? Save yourself the hassle and stay far, far away.

Still want to try? Sure, Join me later. Wait, they will be shortly coming up to cover up the mess.

Note: Seems like fraud/ scam, Never serves any extended warranty claim reject them citing one issue or another. Positive reviews are fake. Need to complaint to higher authorities.
