We had our trip in the month of March in Dubai, Due to Covid 19 some of the attractions got cancelled after reaching there still we managed to complete other attractions. Their vendor representative and their own salesperson who was in touch with me, both promised to refund the payment for cancelled attractions by the government.
These all refund promises are in written format with me. After returning back to India, due to the COVID 19 lockdown, I did not bother to disturb any of these people regarding my refund. After almost 10 days, I had a word with both of them in where both of them agreed for the same again and said I would receive the refund immediately after the lockdown ends.
Also, I asked them for some credit note, the salesperson answered me that I will have to contact the support team as its not his priority. Now, this was something rude. Still, I gave it a go and tried to connect to the support team. Meanwhile, I also got in touch with the sales manager who asked me for all the confirmations regarding refund made by their vendor and their salesperson.
After submitting all these he said he will have to discuss it with the support team and also I need to connect to them. Now, this was the 15th day after we were back from our trip. I connected with the support team, they again asked to send them the whole communication regarding a refund on mail. I agreed and completed the process. They even said they would have a look and give me a call back within 3 hours along with the credit note.
I was waiting for the whole long day but did not receive any response. On the next day, exactly after 24 hours, I again gave a call to the support team, this time there was another guy. He asked me to again send everything on their same official mail id. He repeated the same thing saying I would receive a call by next day afternoon and would send me the credit note.
Now I asked him for his contact number wherein he refused for the same. I had no other option than to wait. This time I had been waiting for his call for more than 5 days. After 5 days, I ended up with my patience and gave a call again on the same official number, and this time there was a new guy again on line. He gave me his official WhatsApp number, said needs confirmation from the vendor to pass on, and give me a credit note, I said fair enough but your vendor has already confirmed to me that they have sent you each and everything that you need.
I even sent him the WhatsApp conversations. Still, he repeated the same and said he would need 2 days for the same. I had a word with the vendor again she said she has already sent everything and also has left the job with the vendor company. I connected with the salesperson, he said even he has left the job with Flynote a few days ago. I sent the confirmation from the vendor to the support team person on WhatsApp.
It is been more than a month and more than a week after I had a word with the support person, he doesn't even answer my calls. neither does he revert my messages even after they are seen? PATHETIC SUPPORT SERVICE!
