An online buyer from last 5 -6 years, tried buying straight from a pen to a refrigerator on Online. In this period of time I have been through many frauds sites who cheats you by either eating up your money or delivering you the wrong product.. But since I have started shopping from Flipkart I haven't experience anything called Fraud from their side.
Yes we can observer that many times they delivers the product or faulty product and this is were I think they should work on. But when we talk about Customer Service then thumbs up for that. Quick!
Purchased a Philips headphone worth 600 INR and it turned out to be a defected one and it was replace within a week with complete refund into my Flipkart Wallet, I doubt that this kind of service can be available in other Online Shopping portals.
