Flipkart is one of the biggest online site which will provide a wide variety of products to the indian customers but every time during purchasing of online product a question comes in my mind is that it wll provide me a genuine product or not. why .why this question comes in my mind .their are certain this due to which I feel not to purchase goods from online site flipart .
1st = the service provides by flipkart is not good as another big online companys like amazon. because amazon always provide full satisfaction to our feeling, product, money and time.
2nd = the big billion sale, . what a joke man. I think this is one of the major drawback of flipkart. I have noticed it many times .this sale always make fake for the customers .according to me. please read it again.according to me. many time I have searched products on flipkart and when I match the price of that product on sale I have notice that their is no discount. then why you can make sale.
3rd terms and conditions= many times e commerce sites put such type of terms and conditions on a products that we cannot read it and it will affect customers very badly.
like return of product.it is one of the essential part of any e commerce company. if this essential part is played correctly by e commerce site a trust is made on that sites by the customers
