Who said cheap is good? This courier company is a lemon in every way - slow, lost packages, irresponsible, they don;t pick up calls promptly and simply don't care. I'm surprised its lasted this long in India. IN places where a decent courier is unavailable, I would suggest using courier pigeons any day, than this. Pigeons could be far more trustworthy and all you feed them is a decent meal of seeds and spilt rice. Pay two legged homo sapiens a salary and a slack unscrupulous management and this is what you get.
