The experience with Fi money, ummm I have fewer or no words at all. No seriously, I opened the account by understanding the features and the promotional videos. I thought it'd be a great thing to have an account with them, with the features they said. But nothing of that sort happened when I finally opened an account with a decent amount as a first deposit. For many weeks it was not possible for me to see my own account balance. Later got a mail saying the money is safe and it has got something to do with the servers. When I wanted to withdraw money I was not able to, faced serious problems thank-god I keep somebackup card and cash with me all the time. Otherwise it was quite a sticky situation to get out from. I seriously dont recommend for many reasons, one being not able to use the services when you actually need'em. Other than that can't be relied on as in comparison with the other banks and services available as of now.
