This is the most pathetic travel company. Don't know why government gives license to such companies to play with people's sentiments.
They will make your travel experience into a nightmare. Once you book with them you will not get anything as they have a weird policy of providing everything 5 days prior to your travel. They will not follow up its you who will have to call them several times. Also, till the date of your trip they will ask for more money saying taxes have increased, you need to pay for airport transfers & etc. Please don't book with them as it will not be cheap to book with them and a weird experience. Also, they change the hotels that you have booked without any information to you. Don't know why cox & kings invested in this company. They will spoil their brand image too.
