If any one want to contact with customer care than you have to keep one day in your hand.They have more than 3 contact no. but same reply' our travel expert are talking to other customer, we will talking to you as soon as possible'.
This is my worst experience for ticket booking in Ezeego1.
They are not picking any phone. If your phone is wrongly picked by any Executive then he/she will misguided you. I think they do not have any Call Center, they share their customer care service unit with other company where Ezeego1 customer has less priority.
