Used EZMove to shift from Pune to Hyderabad.Suggested First Choice Packers and Movers for the same. EZMove promised complete protection till the goods are delivered safely and any loss or damage will have to be borne by vendor which is a guarantee. After movement:'
One side of my bike was completely damaged along with headlamps, stands handle etc. Repair costs Rs 8000
Mattress of my master bed was swapped with another customer in chennai, which returned to me after one month, that too completely damaged with black coal rubbed along. 3. Fridge was dropped somewhere, there is a huge dent on the fridge front door. 4 All glassware broken.
Total loss more than Rs 10, 000
I was charged Rs 40000 for the shift and promised complete protection from damages and re-imbursements for each and every damage.
When contacted after call, EZMove sided with the vendor and offered me a total of a paltry Rs 3000 for all the damages.
IMPORTANTLY TREATED ME AS A BEGGAR FOR ASKING TO REPAY THE DAMAGES. DO NOT TRUST EZMove JUST BY LOOKING AT THEIR WEBSITE OR LISTENING TO THE FALSE PROMISES MADE BY THEIR EXECUTIVES.
THEY CONFESSED THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE VENDOR HAS ALREADY PAID THEM THEIR SHARE.
