My brother bought this product and we changed our address recently. Despite calling the customer care from 2 days, we don't have a proper response yet. We were continuously trying for reinstallation and they say service department is not handling the request. We thought of escalating the complaint and when checked with customer care, they say that they don't have supervisors.
When repeatedly questioned about escalation they are cutting down the call. I interacted with many customer care people of different brands and I can assure you these people are the worst. I sincerely suggest you not to go with any Eureka Forbes product and if you need any prior experience just call the customer care and you will be done. I strongly wish I could serve this unfiltered water to servicing team and customer team of Eureka Forbes. God save the customers of Eureka forbes/aquaguard.
