Marketed as South Asia's biggest water world and theme park, and located right in amchi Mumbai aka Bombay, fringed by the creeks and a pseudo-island.

If you feel a tingling sensation, its time to go to MALAD or BORIVILI, catch bus / auto and get to MADH JETTY or GORAI JETTY respectively.
From here the pleasure trip starts - a ferry takes you to a fairy land (never seen Disneyland so this desi version is kinda hevean!)
And a tip:
In case you turn into an addict, a combo day trip for ESSELWORLD and neighbouring WATER KINGDOM makes up for big savings as it is Rs.450 only.
A pass (valid for an year) for both destinations included costs Rs.999 or so - value for money again.
And make sure that you go early as there is a lot not to be missed!
