There is a Pack called Joy Pack related to South India worth 99 per month. I have to say that it is a fake pack which never exists.
We have add one regional pack worth 50 and net it will be 149 per month. Then what's the point of showing 99? Now when I contacted customer care regarding this, the reply was that it is mandatory to have a regional ad on. and it is there in the terms an conditions. When I gone through the terms and conditions, no where I could read the particular terms and condition.
So again contacted the customer care and asked to send me the link on their website where could I read the terms and condtion clearly mentioning that it is mandatory that we have add one regional ad on along with Joy Pack. After several communications I could find that there was no such rule in writing on there website. So I wonder about validity of a rule which conveyed orally trough phone or simply in their emails without any documented proof for the same.
After some communication with the the representative finally agreed with my point and deleted the Ala Cartas. Now I am having the real 99 pack.
