Scam Alert. Review on Digital Showroom

I recently purchased three domains from Digital Showroom and have had a very frustrating experience. While the initial purchase process seemed straightforward, I've encountered significant issues trying to transfer my domains to another registrar.

Digital Showroom does not provide the AUTH key, which is essential for domain transfers. When I contacted their support, I was told I would need to pay an additional ₹999 per domain for a "domain transfer fee." This is completely unacceptable. I already paid the full registration fee for the domains, and there's no justification for charging extra for a standard transfer process. Why should I pay extra to access a key that's rightfully mine?

Furthermore, Digital Showroom doesn't give you full access to your domain. They register the domains under their company name, meaning you are not the official owner. This is a major concern, as it severely limits my control over my own domains. I'm essentially leasing my domains from them, rather than owning them outright.

In summary, I strongly advise against using Digital Showroom for domain registration. Their practice of withholding AUTH keys and charging exorbitant transfer fees, coupled with registering domains under their own name, is highly unethical and customer-unfriendly. Avoid this service and choose a registrar that provides full ownership and control over your domains.
