Very bad experience with those people initially thet asked 10% for booking and start of work before starting the work their one person came without material and demanding 40% of contract value. Which is like 50% advance. Worker was not having anything just need money to purchase material but in contract it was written that before start need to pay DC but without material how single man start work.
When I asked money Back they are harassing me and telling to do call police. I am also doing FIR against them for cheating but beware of such frauds
