Once in a month for One time I always have to go Mumbai for my work. When I first visited there I don't even know which place to visit for shopping. When I ask my friend about this, She suggested me D Mart. At first D Mart was ok for me because I don't know about other places but when I come to know about it. I started realising that D Mart Charges More than the reasonable price of the products.
At the same time D Mart is known as one-stop supermarket chain that aims to offer customers a wide range of basic home and personal products under one roof. But when I purchased an item that has some defect in it. When I get to return the item which I had bought using credit card. To my surprise, they had deducted 2% as it was card charges. But the return amount slip that I signed had the actual return amount and not the deducted price. They maintain a separate register which record the deducted amount.
Why do they need to deduct 2% because D Mart is not a small shop to deduct 2% card charges. In Mumbai Many other Malls takes cheap and reasonable amount for the same products. So why should I shop from D Mart? Thats why I would not reccommend it.
