When I came to know about Crossroad as I was in desperate need of such app which can take care of my car breakdown during my travels. I immediately signed up and subscribed trail pack worth Rs.299 for small repairs at doors step. I tried to check their service when I was having issue with my self start in winter morning. The service Boy came after 2 hours of lodging complain against their promise time of 30 minutes.He came, just checked battery and other self start components and advised me to visit nearest service centres with which they have tied up.I visited on of them, but after getting things fixed, I was charged more then normal market rates. I though if I would have visited the same service centre on my own, I would end up saving some money.I would not recommend any such service after my bad experience, rather visit any garage on your own when you face any issue.
