We took country club membership in nov 17 with some promises by their manager( Puneet Khurana) which are still pending. After getting(AMC) payment taken by Mr Vimal Kumar now ignoring us to serve. Their staff and customer care dept are so busy to take call inspite of regular reminder through sms/ mail. We were also promised to get call on family member's birthday / Anniversary which they forgot to called from last two years. They people are totally fraud. Would request everybody not to take membership from them.
Requesting for payment refund.
