  1. If you are using a pan which has some kind of coating then remember this use a fibre, silicone or wood based stirring spoon for protecting the coating.

  2. If you have prepared a dish and unfortunately added more quantity of salt, then cover the top of the pan with paper for 10 to 15 minutes and then you shall notice the change.

  3. If you prepared a dish and it had became more spicy then simply add tomato slices in the dishes.

  4. For better taste use garlic and ginger crushed rather than using paste.

  5. After completely cooking if you want the dish to be more liquidous never add water as it will cost you loose the taste of the entire dish.
