The scheduled property measuring 00 acres 29.50 guntas in Sy.No.151 of Bilekahalli Village, Begur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore vide Official Memorandum bearing order No.B. DIS.ALN.SR.1617 dated 30/11/1965, issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore and presently bearing Khata No.422/151/3, 152/8, 154/11 of

Doresanipalya, Arakere Sub Division, Bangalore and bounded by:

East :     Bannerghatta Road

West :     Property bearing Site Nos, 53, 54 and 55;

North :     Property bearing Site Nos.57 to 67 and

South :     Property bearing Site Nos.7 to 17

It has come to the notice of the clients that one Gruha Kalyan Carnation has issued an advertisement in Times Classifieds on Sunday Times of India, Bangalore Edition dated 13.12.2015 that they are launching new Apartments on Bannerghatta Road near Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and offering discount of 25% and free amenities as launch offer. It has been identified that they have not entered into any sort of Understanding, Arrangement or Agreement, etc., with Gruha Kalyan Carnation or any of its Proprietors, Partners, Agents, Companies, etc.  The General Public is cautioned not to deal with Gruha Kalyan Carnation’s Apartment Project near I.I.M. Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road, in so far as the project as claimed to be within the schedule property.  If any general public deals with the said entity in respect of the schedule property they will be doing to at their sole risk, cost and liability and my clients will not be responsible for any consequences.
