I have been using Citibank Since 13 years or so. We have account of all family members with them. Only thing I don't like is that they have increase the average deposit 25 times in last 13 years for Suvidha account. Other than this they are the best in terms of customer service, I always get the reply within 1-2 days. Customer care service agent are mostly able to resolve my problems i.e. they have the access & authority, whereas with most other banks I have noticed that they cannot do anything except just registering the complaint.
I like Citibank Credit cards, specially Cash Reward Master Card, which gives 2.5% cash back on all purchase s on weekend. Most restaurant gives discount for citibank card. I can easily buy mutual funds from saving account, and see their daily value, I get the divided in account automatically, and I can redeem mutual funds online. i.e. everything without signature or paper work.
We got their gold / wealth management account too, but benefits are not much unless you want to go to branch frequently.
