We recently went to Chail - The beautiful Hill Station surrounded by Breathtaking natural beauty - where you can smell the Fresh air - no Pollution, no commercialization - where people are still very simple. We stayed at Junglelivinn camps & retreats. Website- http://www.junglelivinn.com. This is a very different kind of a sojourn. You have the option of staying in well built beautiful cottages with a superb view of the Valley or their Luxury Swiss tents which come with a tiled floor attached bath & a 12 X 12 Living Area .
Junglelivinn camps has Ample of space for kids to play - infact my son enjoyed so much that he never wanted to come back to Delhi. We all enjoyed tremendously - they had arranged for a very nice New Year Programme - including DJ, Bonfire, Bar-Be - Que & delicious food - infact the food is always very good there.
The Camps are also very well heated. Kufri is just 30 mins drive from Junglelivinn camps there hence you can stay in the camps / Cottages surrounded by nature & visit Kufri & Shimla as per your will & avoid all the mad rush that you get when you visit Hill stations like Shimla where starting from parking to water to everything - it is crazy - if we have to walk on the mall - why go to Shimla all the way - there are so many malls in Delhi / Gurgaon to get jostled. Junglelivinn camps is very affordable & very nice break from the mad rush of delhi. You come back refreshed -
